Cynthia
Tripp
Biography
Cynthia Tripp is a brand strategist, artist, and certified grief counselor who helps individuals move through emotional blocks and into clear, meaningful action.
Her work combines creative expression, emotional processing, and structured planning—offering a grounded alternative to both traditional coaching and purely expressive art therapy. Cynthia’s work began with a central question: what stops people from expressing themselves — and what happens when that expression is restored?
Her work was influenced by the mentorship of Rudolf Arnheim, whose pioneering research examined how visual perception shapes meaning and emotional experience. Whereupon, she pursued graduate studies in Stuttgart, Germany, exploring the inhibition of creativity in children. This led her to graduate studies at the University of Chicago in perception psychology, influenced by the guidance of Dr. Jan E. Leestma, co-founder of CINN (Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroscience)
Over the past 25 years, Cynthia has worked across brand development, product design, and teaching painting. Through it all, a pattern emerged: people weren't stuck because they lacked ideas or discipline. They were stuck because something hadn't been processed.
That realization became the foundation of her method — one that integrates creative release with structured forward movement. Through her GrowthTripp workshops, Cynthia guides participants toward clarity, expression, and meaningful next steps of self-discovery.
